This Privacy Policy describes how OOTH Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Solo mobile application (the "App").

Solo is a chat-style note-taking app that helps you organize your thoughts with AI-powered auto-categorization.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Guest Mode

When you use Solo in Guest mode:

• No data is sent to our servers
• All notes are stored locally on your device only
• Data is encrypted using SQLCipher
• We do not collect any personal information

2.2 Account Mode

When you create an account:

• Account Information: Email address (for authentication)
• Note Content: Your notes are synced to our cloud database (Supabase)
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage data via PostHog (see section 4)

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address
