1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Solo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Solo is operated by OOTH Inc. ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

Solo is a chat-style note-taking application that helps you organize your thoughts with AI-powered auto-categorization. The App offers:

• Guest Mode: Local-only storage without account creation
• Account Mode: Cloud synchronization with email-based authentication
• AI Features: Automatic categorization of notes (Bookmark, To-do, Idea, etc.)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use Solo. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Guest Mode

• No account required
• Data stored locally on your device only
• Data is not backed up to our servers

4.2 Account Mode

• Requires a valid email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
